Anti metal high-frequency electronic tag is an electronic tag using new materials with anti-interference function, which effectively solves the problem of metal carrier interfering with the RF signal of electronic tag attached to its surface.
Electronic tag is a very mature technology in our life, but before the development of metal resistant high-frequency electronic tag, the application of electronic tag in metal goods has always been a very thorny problem. The electronic tag can effectively receive the RF signal from the card reader. Since the passive electronic tag has no energy supply, receiving energy from the RF signal of the card reader is its only way to obtain energy. If the RF source cannot be effectively transmitted to the chip, the chip cannot be started, which leads to the electronic tag cannot be interpreted. A well-designed RF tag antenna can mediate and receive the frequency of the interpreter, and match the input energy at the same time. If it is close to a metal object, the tag antenna will be detuned. At this time, the tag cannot effectively transmit energy to the chip at the frequency of the reader. In this case, higher transmission power is required to read the tag, which also leads to the reduction of the range of reading the tag. In short, metal will interfere with the signal between the RF tag and the reader, causing signal reflection, disharmony and weakening, which may reduce or even completely destroy the effectiveness of RFID.
In the ultra high frequency (UHF) RFID tag system, it is particularly difficult to identify the tag on the metal carrier. These systems provide a large read / write range, but their RF is more difficult to penetrate obstacles such as metals. Higher frequency radio waves will be reflected back by metal objects.
Before the advent of anti-interference metal high-frequency electronic labels, the conventional way to deal with this problem was to use a dielectric material similar to foam to separate the electronic labels from the metal carrier. This kind of foam is generally between 0.64 cm and 2 cm thick. The farther the electronic tag is from the metal, the greater the effective range. However, once the use environment is severely restricted, it will be very troublesome. For example, for labels used in thin products such as mobile phones, the foam dielectric material used must be very thin, much thinner than 0.64 cm or 2 cm. In these cases, the practice of foam isolation label is far from enough.
The practice of using foam isolation labels does have one advantage: it is cheap. But at the same time, its performance is not permanently guaranteed. In the application of tracking high-value assets, an alternative solution with higher performance, extremely thin and meeting the appearance requirements is needed.
Therefore, the concept of anti metal high-frequency electronic labels came into being. After many efforts, an extremely thin artificial rubber with anti-interference function was finally developed. When the rubber is placed between the electronic tag and the metal, the electronic tag can be interpreted. The overall thickness of the metal resistant high-frequency electronic label produced with it can reach a minimum of 0.15 mm.
Shenzhen Huahai Smart Card Co., Ltd. began to invest in the research and development and design of metal resistant high-frequency electronic labels at the beginning of 2012, and was successfully put into production in the middle of the year. It has accumulated considerable experience in the field of metal resistant high-frequency electronic labels, and has reached strategic cooperation with several domestic mobile phone and computer manufacturers to provide them with metal resistant high-frequency electronic labels for a long time. Not only that, this model of products are also exported to Southeast Asia, Europe, America, Latin America Africa and other regions.
